Refund policy

At OUTBACK beach, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Here's what you need to know:


1. Returns:

   - Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@outbackbeach.au with your order number and reason for return.

   - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

   - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


2. Refunds:

   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.


3. Exchanges:

   - Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.
